保密承诺

（以下简称“我们”）深知 PCB 设计文件是客户的核心资产。对您通过 上传的 Gerber、STEP、坐标、BOM 及其他资料（以下统称“设计文件”），我们作出如下承诺：
一、只用于您的订单
设计文件仅用于为您评估方案、报价、设计和制造测试架。我们不会将其用于其他客户的项目，不会用于训练或展示，也不会出售、出租或公开。
二、最少接触
只有负责您订单的工程和生产人员可以查看设计文件。后台按角色分配权限，财务等岗位无法下载设计文件；每一次下载都会记录操作人、时间和 IP，以便追溯。
三、外协加工
如需委托外部工厂加工针板或载板，我们只提供加工所需的板件图纸（钻孔与外形），不提供您的原始 PCB 设计文件，并要求加工方承担同等保密义务。
四、传输与存储
网站全程使用 HTTPS 加密传输。文件存放在我们租用的中国大陆云服务器上，不对公网直接开放下载；客户只能通过带随机密钥的订单链接或登录账号查看自己的订单。
五、保存期限与删除
上传但未提交询价的文件，会在设定期限（默认 90 天）后自动删除。已下单的文件会保存到订单完成后的售后期结束，便于返修和追加订购。您可以随时联系我们要求提前删除，我们会在 7 个工作日内处理并回复。
六、保密协议（NDA）
如果贵司需要签署书面保密协议，请联系我们，我们可以先签 NDA 再接收文件。
("we") knows your PCB design files are core assets. For the Gerbers, STEP models, coordinates, BOMs and other material ("design files") you upload to , we commit to the following.
1. Used only for your order
Design files are used only to evaluate, quote, design and build your test fixture. We do not use them for other customers' projects, for training or for display, and we never sell, rent or publish them.
2. Minimal access
Only the engineering and production staff handling your order can see your design files. Back-office access is role-based: finance staff cannot download design files, and every download is logged with who, when and from which IP.
3. Outsourced machining
If a plate is machined by a partner, we send only the drawings needed to cut it (holes and outline), never your original PCB design files, and the partner is bound by the same confidentiality obligations.
4. Transfer and storage
The site uses HTTPS throughout. Files are stored on our rented cloud server and are not publicly downloadable; customers can view only their own orders, through a link with a random key or by signing in.
5. Retention and deletion
Files uploaded without an order are deleted automatically after a set period (90 days by default). Files for orders are kept until the after-sales period ends so we can repair or re-make fixtures. You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time; we will do so and reply within 7 working days.
6. NDA
If your company needs a written non-disclosure agreement, contact us and we can sign it before receiving any files.
